silverseaOn Monday I opened Word to revise my resume only to find out my university account no longer has access to Microsoft Office...
Fortunately, I'm the kind of person who doesn't trust cloud storage, especially if it's not being managed by me, so I already saved all of my documents to local storage. Also, I knew my university would cut off access, I just thought they'd give us more time than this. Apparently not.
Anyway, I tried using Pages but I hated it so much. My dad was kind enough to pay an Office Home purchase for me today.
Where was I even going with this post... Oh yes. Fuck subscription-based services.
